STRATFORD AND SHAW THEATRE
SEPTEMBER 06TH - 10TH, 2023
Theatre in Stratford and Shaw is entertainment at it’s finest, while taking in sights along the way.
Wednesday, September 06 – We depart from WalMart North parking lot at 8:00 am and make our way from Sault Ste Marie, with the usual stops along the way to Stratford through Canada where we will stay for the next 3 nights at the Best Western Arden Park Hotel. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the Main Festival Theatre. Dinner will be included this evening.

Thursday, September 07th – Today we will make the drive to "Niagara-on-the-Lake" to explore the unique downtown and have lunch included before we take in our Shaw Festival Theatre matinee performance of the Musical “Gypsy”. And then make our way back to Stratford after the Performance. Dinner will be on your own this evening. It is a free night if you want to take in another performance we could help with tickets.

Friday, September 08th – After breakfast today we will make our way to the "Festival Theatre for The Festival Treasures Tour" a behind the Scenes Tour including the Festival Costume Warehouse to see the props and costumes including seamstress, and people producing props and more.
With a short drive into Town where we will be dropped off in the downtown area for an included lunch and afterwards enjoy a matinee theatre performance of the Musical “Rent”. Dinner this evening is included. And we have our last performance in the evening of the Comedy “Spamalot”.

Saturday, September 09th – After breakfast and check out we proceed for a visit to the wildly popular, "St Jacobs Market". Then we will make our way to the "Scenic Elora Gorge", to explore and have lunch on your own in one of the many little restaurants. We then continue on to Barrie for our overnight at the Holiday Inn Express. Dinner is on your own.

Sunday, September 10th – After breakfast we make our way home, with the usual stops along the way.

Tour includes:
Deluxe motor coach transportation, fully escorted by a Sunshine Travel Club Tour Director, 4nts accommodation with baggage handling in Stratford but not in Barrie, meals as stated, sightseeing as listed, 1 tour attraction, 3 theatre performance tickets.
