North Bay is an exciting small town to visit with lots to see and do. See the city from the water, visit the market and waterfront area attractions. Enjoy exploring our scenic Northern Ontario neighbour.
Tuesday July 14th - We depart Walmart North parking lot at 8:00am on our luxury motor coach for a fun filled summer experience. We will stop for breaks and reach North Bay around lunch time. Lunch is on your own. We will then check into our hotel for a 3-night stay. We will enjoy dinner together at Average Joe’s – a popular North Bay waterfront restaurant which showcases beautiful views of Trout Lake.

Wednesday July 15th, - Starting with an early breakfast before visiting the North Bay Farmers Market, known for its Strawberry Festival and welcoming vendors. Also enjoy the waterfront attractions like the North Bay Museum, and the Heritage Railway & Carousel Company, which has been featured in several television and film productions. This evening, enjoy a scenic cruise on the Chief Commanda II, including a delicious 3 course dinner capped off by one of Lake Nipissing’s spectacular sunsets.

Tthursday, July 16th – Start with a walking tour of the quaint lakeside community of Callander combined with a visit to the Callander Bay Heritage Museum and Alex Dufresne Gallery. In the afternoon, return to the North Bay Waterfront for a visit to the Dionne Quintuplets Home Museum – the Dionne century old family home has been transformed into this beautiful and informative attraction. Learn about the infamous Quints and their story which became a world-wide phenomenon. We head the Cascades Casino North Bay for dinner and gaming on your own. Meals: Breakfast
Friday, July 17th – After breakfast we will be checking out of our hotel and will be heading for a morning visit to the Canadian Forces Museum of Aerospace Defense. This attraction is dedicated to Aerospace defense history from the First World War to modern day. We will head toward home after exploring the museum with a visit to Science North before heading home.
