Monday, September 29th – We depart from Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, 114 MacDonald Avenue, Sault Ste. Marie at 8:00 am. On board our luxury coach you will be entertained. We will make stops on route for breaks and lunch. We make our way to Kanata for our first overnight, expecting to arrive at the Comfort Inn Ottawa West Kanata in the early evening. Dinner is on your own with our suggestions, shopping and restaurants in the area.

Tuesday, September 30th – Today after breakfast we make our way to Old Quebec City. A UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walkable on cobblestone streets and safe. We will check into our Hotel Manoir Victoria within the fortress walls and get acquainted with the city on your own or prepare this evening for an excursion to savour the unique flavours of a French-Canadian Dinner as a group at the “Erabliere du Lac Beauport” traditional sugar shack. With a guided visit of the "Maple Museum and Trapper’s Camp", with traditional Quebec Folk music.

Wednesday, October 01st – Today we will experience a full day of sightseeing with a step on Guide. On the bus we see such sights as the Plains of Abraham, Cape Diamond, Joan of Arc Garden, and Chateau Frontenac. A stop is included for a guided visit at the “Notre Dame Basilica Cathedral”, next to the Ursuline Chapel. This is the location of the “Quebec Holy Doors”. Then our drive takes us for our visit to “Montmorency Falls”, to take in the view from the boardwalk below. These fall at 272 feet tall, are higher than Niagara and are harnessed for power. We continue our journey to the unique “Auberge Baker”, in an ancestral house dated from 1840. It offers tasty Quebec flavours with local flavours. After lunch the road continues to lead us to “Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre Sanctuary” to finish the afternoon with a guided visit. Here through the beauty of numerous artistic masterpieces of paintings, mosaics, stained-glass windows, stone and wood sculptures, discover its extraordinary history. We then return to Quebec City. You are on your own in the evening for dinner and to explore the architecture and Acadian culture within the city walls of Old Quebec City.

Thursday, October 02nd – This morning, we continue our journey as we make our way back home. With a guided visit in Trois-Rivieres to “Our Lady of the Cape Sanctuary”. A historical octagonal-shaped church with a pyramid shaped dome. We then continue our journey with a lunch break along the way to Montreal. In the lush and historic Mount Royal district, steeped in history and culture, we will visit the largest sanctuary dedicated to Saint Joseph. An afternoon guided visit of “St Joseph’s Oratory”. We will finish our day of travelling arriving at the Comfort Inn Ottawa West Kanata again for our overnight.

Friday, October 03rd - Today we will make our way home with our faith heightened from the places we have been to and the history we learned about them. We will have breaks as we make our way back to Sault Ste Marie to arrive in the early evening.
