UPDATE:
With the new relaxed mandates by the health agencies and the many requests from our customers, the Board has made a decision after a full review with our Tour Directors, to return to seat rotation on our tours as of July 26th, 2024. The procedure allows the customer to not only move around the coach but also creates an opportunity to get acquainted to your fellow passengers and the opportunity to create new friendships. This procedure was stopped following the pandemic in 2019 for safety concerns, however we feel that we have now reached the point where we can safely bring this back into our tour operations. The one exception will be on tours of three days or less there will be no seat rotation. The tour director will provide the details on this daily procedure during her "Welcome Aboard" greeting once we have left our departure location.
As a customer we would like to hear from you in regards to the return of this procedure. Should you have any concerns/opinions please record them on your "Comments Sheet" which in turn will be reviewed by the Board.
NEW BOARD MEMBERS & TOUR DIRECTORS:
We are actively seeking candidates for Board members and Tour Directors. If you are recently retired and looking for an opportunity to leverage the skills you've developed over your career, consider interviewing for a role as a dedicated Board member or Tour Director. Key qualifications include experience traveling with the Club, availability to attend monthly meetings, involvement in strategic planning, and contributing to the evaluation of the business to ensure its longevity and maintain the high standards it is known for.
