"Making Memories in a Muskoka Weekend Getaway"

Tour level: Easy - This resort spans a large area, but you can make this a relaxing holiday, or an active holiday with the many activities available to you.
When the weather is turning dreary, take a break and enjoy a luxurious relaxing Weekend Getaway in the beautiful Muskoka’s on scenic Lake Rosseau. This is a great gathering place for couples, groups, or singles to relax and get pampered with much to do during your stay.
Friday, October 30th - We depart Walmart North parking lot at 8:00am. We will stop for a break on route and then head to the Muskoka Lakes Farms & Winery in Bala for a visit including a walking Tour & Tasting. Then we have a short drive to the JW MARRIOTT MUSKOKA ROSSEAU & SPA RESORT for our weekend 2-night stay in Studio accommodations. Dinner is on your own. They will try to have music entertainment in their gathering place, the “Lakes Bar” for the evening.

Saturday October 31st – Begin your day with breakfast on your schedule and at your location - in your room, as the accommodations are simple studios, or use your meal credit in a restaurant. Relax and enjoy the complement of activities at the resort throughout the day. Bike rentals are available at your cost. Limited Kayak rentals are included. Decide on your timing for the “Hydro Spa Circuit Package included, in our tour, to enjoy the pools, hot tubs, Foot & Back Massage Chairs, Oxygen bar, Saunas, Steam Room, and Himalayan Salt Room”. We can book spa appointments for you. If you want to experience the “Vodka Ice Bar”, we will arrange for a visit at an additional cost. Enjoy your lunch and dinner around your activity schedule on your own. We are working on entertainment for the group this evening (Halloween theme) or enjoy being on your own in a quiet nook at the resort.

Sunday, November 01st - After a leisurely morning, we will check out and load up for our return journey home with the usual stops for a late afternoon arrival home.

Tour includes: Deluxe motor coach transportation, Fully escorted by a Sunshine Travel Club Tour Director, 2 nights accommodation, baggage handling, $100.00 Meal Voucher to put towards breakfast or meal of your choice in one their restaurants.
