Due to the high demand and the two buses heading to New York, we have had to make some minor adjustments to the original itinerary for both buses. Some of the venues cannot handle two busloads of customers simultaneously, so we have revised the itinerary for each bus. This will ensure everyone can enjoy the attractions as origianlly planned, with less confusion and a more comfortable atmosphere. These revised itineraries were given to you when you made final payment along with an explanation of why thet had to be done.

New York is magical any time of the year, but it really sparkles during the Christmas season. With window & light displays, to city Christmas Markets and entertainment, all to get you in the Christmas Spirit. It’s a wonderful time of the year to be in New York City.

Tour level: Active – Exploring in a busy city, walks to attractions, exploring in colder conditions for the season with proper attire.

Sunday, December 01st - We depart the Walmart North Parking at 8:00am. We will travel through Canada with pick-ups and our usual stops to Niagara Falls for our first overnight.
Meals: None

Monday, December 02nd - After breakfast we will continue to travel through the state of New York to Manhattan, to arrive in the evening. Dinner will be on your own from one of the many options in the area or with a recommendation from the Tour Director. We will have a 4-night stay here at the Riu Manhattan Times Square 47th Street, centrally located for exploring the many Christmas sights on your own or with a group. Tonight, maybe take in the Christmas Light Show at Sak’s 5th Ave.

Tuesday, December 03th – We will make a walk to Sak’s 5th Avenue to view window displays or shopping. Another short walk for an included lunch at Ellen’s Stardust Diner. Here we will be entertained by the talented staff while they serve you. Afterwards we will walk you back to the hotel, or explore on your own in the area. In the evening we will do a Step on Guide tour from our hotel to Brooklyn including a unique night time view of the Manhattan coastal skyline from the Fulton Ferry Pier and then a walking tour of the famous Dyker Heights Neighbourhood home Christmas Light Displays.

Wednesday, December 04th: This morning we walk to the Empire State Building and take in the daytime skyline views from their Observatory. Then continue our walk to Bryant Park Winter Village to explore their Christmas Market. – This evening we will take in a Broadway Theatre Performance to be advised.

Thursday, December 05th, - Today we will take in our Rockettes Christmas Spectacular Show and tour at Radio City Music Hall. We will make our way back to the hotel past the Rockefeller Christmas Tree through Times Square. This evening after dinner we meet again, this time for a Classic Harbor Line Christmas Jazz Cruise with a glass of champagne or spiked cocoa and cookies, relax and enjoy the night time viewing of the Manhattan Skyline from the sparkling water.

Friday, December 06th – We make our way home travelling again to Niagara Falls for our overnight.

Saturday, December 07th – We are on the final leg of our journey home to Sault Ste. Marie Meals: Breakfast

Tour includes: Deluxe motor coach transportation, fully escorted with a Sunshine Travel Club Tour Director, 6 nights’ accommodation, 7 meals as stated, entrance fees and admissions for attractions as stated, luggage handling.

Medical, Cancellation & Trip Interruption Insurance protection recommended, but not included in this tour. Coverage can be purchased separately through an insurance provider of your choice.
