Tour level: Active - designed for people who are physically fit and capable of walking fair distances at a reasonable pace, and able to negotiate stairs easily and rough terrain on a busy schedule.
This tour showcases the distinctive Acadian culture and heritage, remarkable architectural styles, and scenic landscapes found across these Canadian provinces, offering an enriching experience of cultural diversity and regional cuisine.
Monday, September 21st - We depart at 8AM from Walmart North parking lot, with stops on route for pick ups, and breaks as we make our way to Kanata. We will stop for a buffet dinner before arriving at our hotel in Kanata.

Tuesday, September 22nd - After breakfast, we continue our journey east to Edmundston NB for our second overnight.We will be staying within a two minute walk via pedway (indoor path) to the Grey Rock Casino to explore for the evening. The casino has two restaurants to assist you making a choice from other options in the area for dinner tonight. (On your own)

Wednesday, September 23rd - We’ll stop in Fredericton for lunch on your own. After lunch we will be met by a step on guide for a tour of the Capital City of New Brunswick, along the St John River. We carry on with a drive to the city of Moncton for a two-night stay. Tonight’s included dinner is a true “East Coast Kitchen Party”.

Thursday, September 24th – Start with a "High Tide" guided tour at Hopewell Rocks Park, then visit Albert County Museum for another tour and an included lunch. Return to Hopewell Rocks for "Low Tide". Dinner is included this evening at The Old Triangle, Gallagher’s Irish Pub. – Overnight in Moncton

Friday, September 25th – This morning, travel to Prince Edward Island for visits to Annes Chocolates and Cows ice cream (with samples at Milky Way) and a guided tour. A Lobster Lunch is included at Fisherman’s Warf. Next, tour the Anne of Green Gables Museum before heading for an overnight stay in Summerside. You will have this evening free to explore and have dinner on your own.

Saturday, September 26th, - Along the way to Charlottetown today we will visit the Bottle Houses & Garden with a guided tour. For Lunch we have an authentic "Acadian Lunch" planned with live music at Village Musical Acadian. After settling in at our hotel, Dinner will be on your own.

Sunday, September 27th – Today is our driver’s day off. This morning, we will have a walk to visit the Province House National Historic Site. This afternoon will be free time to enjoy downtown Charlottetown, and then we meet back with the group for a delicious dinner included this evening at the Gahan House.

Monday, September 28th – Today we have a step on guide bring us on an adventure around Charlottetown with highlights of the city, a Lobster trap demo, Farmers Bank & Doucet House, Green Gables Heritage Place & Prince Edward Island Preserve Company. This evening is free time to enjoy, and dinner is on your own.

Tuesday, September 29th, - Depart Prince Edward Island over the Confederation Bridge heading back into New Brunswick. We will enjoy a step on guide for a Tour of Miramichi, the largest city in New Brunswick situated at the mouth of the river. This evening satisfies your appetite with an included Dinner at Restaurant 1809. A contemporary restaurant overlooking the Miramichi River.

Wednesday, September 30th – After breakfast today, we journey towards home, and travel to Riviere du Loup for lunch stop. We then continue to Levis Quebec for our next overnight. After checking into our hotel, dinner will be on your own.

Thursday, October 01st– This morning, after checking out of our hotel, we will bring you to Old Quebec to spend time exploring and shopping. After lunch on your own in Old Quebec we continue our journey to Ottawa with an overnight stay at The Hard Rock Casino, Ottawa. After checking into our hotel and signing up for the Hard Rock Casino Unity Club reward program, dinner and the rest of the evening will be on your own.

Friday, October 02nd – Breakfast will be available with your reward meal voucher funds. After breakfast, we head home to Sault Ste Marie with our usual stops and drop offs and chance to share pictures and memories of our adventure along the way. We are expecting an early evening arrival.
