Blue Jay’s Baseball in Detroit
May 22nd -24th, 2024
Tour Level: Active - Walking with sightseeing, between venues, and with the arena activity. A short excursion for all our loyal Blue Jay Fans to enjoy a game at Comerica Park in Downtown Detroit. This is a chance to enjoy the Art Culture while visiting downtown Detroit.
Wednesday, May 22nd – We will depart Walmart at 8am and make our way into Michigan with a break and lunch stop along the way. We will get to the Drury Inn Troy, where we will stay for the next 2 nights, in time for the evening Kickback Party. You have the rest of the evening on your own.

Thursday, May 23rd – Today we will begin our day, after a leisurely breakfast, with a visit to the local Oakland Mall for lunch on your own and some shopping. We will then go into the City of Detroit, for a guided and free time visit to the Detroit Institute of Arts. The Detroit Institute of Arts connects people to a diverse collection of one of the nations largest display of artworks. We will then have an included meal at a restaurant close to Comerica Park. We then enjoy the Blue Jays try to gain a victory over the Detroit Tigers.

Friday, May 24th – Today we make our way home with breaks along the way. Our last stop will be the USA Duty Free before crossing into Canada. An early evening arrival home is expected.

Tour includes: Deluxe motorcoach transportation with Wi-Fi service where available, fully escorted with a Sunshine Travel Club Tour Director, 2 nights accommodation, meals as stated, ticket for the MLB game, and the Detroit Centre of Arts.
